Download the Filezilla FTP client
Install and start it
Put cursor at field `Server' (see picture 1) and enter `ftp.js.web.runbox.net'
Proceed accordingly for the other fields
enter the username I've given to you
enter the password I've given to you
as port, enter `21' for ordinary FTP, and `22' for SFTP which is the more secure connection
Click `Connect' and wait till Filezilla has done its job
Now you can browse your files at the left hand side (see picture 2)
and by a simple double-click upload them to your server at the right hand side
